How do I get a breeding license and get certified in Michigan?

I would like to start breeding reptiles and would like to know how you go about getting certified and getting a license. I have already looked at the website for department of agriculture and couldn't find anything. I'm not trying to start breeding soon or anything but I do want to do my research so everything is in order when I try to sell the animals I have bred. I have alot of experience with reptiles and amphibians so I am now taking things to the next level of experience.
