Okay so you need to state what genome you are talking about... mitochondrial, nuclear... It sounds like you mean the nuclear genome. Your conclusion based on your data is that for amphibians and fish, increased cell nucleus size is associated with an increase in the size of the nuclear genome.. however, for birds, no relationship between nucleus and genome size was found.
