How can I have my little sister lose her fear of animals like reptiles, amphibians, etc?

my little 10yr old sister has like a real bad phobia of being scared of animals like insects mostly spiders, reptiles like lizards and snakes, etc. and won't even put her hand in the fish tank to see what the fish feel like but if a fish dies and we take it out of the aquarium she freaks out and goes to hide in our room somewhere but as i've said in alot of my other questions about getting a red-tail boa, she's very aware of the fact that i'm getting one and she doesn't care at all about it and she knows that i want to work with animals when i'm older and stuff and doesn't trip on me getting a snake but when we move in to our new home probably this summer i'm going to have a reptile collection filled with snakes and monitor lizards (my favorite species!) in my "own" room so she doesn't have to deal with them but the problem is i really want her to lose her fear of these kinds of animals, if she sees like a picture or a video of the animal or at the zoo in enclosures she's fine but when the animal is out she freaks out like really bad and i don't want her freaking out and stuff, i do talk to her alot about animals like these and why we have them on this earth and stuff and she's very well educated on the fact that she goes to school telling her friends and teachers about how important animals are and i'm very proud of her and i'm also proud that i've teached her very well but i need you guys help on how to make her lose her fear of these animals.
