New to Reptiles and Amphibians...Some Questions....?
Some good starters for REPTILES: Leopard geckos, bearded dragons, desert iguanas Amphibians: Any medium sized salamander, Tree frog, Pacman frog, Poison Dart frog, Etc. NOTE: No amphibian is tamable. Almost every reptile you can get is tamable. You will need about 100 dollars for a proper setup for the smallest critter, excluding the animal itself. Reptiles and amphibians are NOT affectionate, and saying you've only owned small rats, reptiles and amphibians EAT rats and insects. It will be a LOT different, so be prepared. Also, for any day animals you need an Ultra violet B Light Source and a heat source, will arboreal critters need a night heat source such as a heat mat or ceramic heat emmiters.
